I apologize to you that we failed to consider your desperate need for our national oil and minerals to remain the so-called greatest country in the world.
I apologize to you that the Iranians failed to starve in Iran after more than 40 years of the heaviest sanctions imposed on us under the excuse of fighting against terrorism.
I apologize to you that they failed to accept your generous and fair offers in the negotiations, so that you had to waste billions of the American tax dollars for talking to Iran.
